簡介： 阿里斯塔雷恩90年代的電影代表作. 《世界上的某個地方》無疑是具有傳奇色彩的一部阿根廷影片, 不僅因為它的影片質(zhì)量和藝術(shù)性上乘, 而且因為它獨一無二的傳奇經(jīng)歷. 1992年, 阿根廷電影協(xié)會本來把此片作為參賽影片角逐當年的奧斯卡最佳外語片獎, 但后來考慮到影片題材敏感等問題臨時改變決定由另一部作品取代。導(dǎo)演一氣之下決定去他妻子的國家烏拉圭作為烏拉圭的官方參賽作品，因為他妻子的國籍是烏拉圭而且參與了小部分影片的編劇。后來這部完全由阿根廷國籍的導(dǎo)演，演員和主創(chuàng)人員拍攝，卻代表烏拉圭參賽的影片真的入圍了最后的角逐，而可笑的那部臨時更換的阿根廷參賽作品卻落選了。這讓奧斯卡最佳外語片評委會感到很難辦，影片確實優(yōu)秀，但如果把獎頒給它就違反了一部影片只能代表大多數(shù)主創(chuàng)人員國籍的國家參賽的規(guī)定等于默許了這類事件，所以最后評委會還是以種種理由把獎給了另一部影片，雖然實際上這部影片才是其中最好的一部。導(dǎo)演一氣之下，決定永遠不在美國發(fā)行本片，而從此奧斯卡組委會也因此修改了規(guī)則使外語片的上報過程更透明和嚴格化。而本片也成為奧斯卡歷史上唯一的一部曾代表兩個不同國家的官方作品角逐最佳外語片的電影.
